My name is Carman Padilla - I have been married 25+ years to my best friend, I am a mother of two - I have a son who is 35 and a daughter who is 29. I am also a grandmother to three little girls, three little boys, and a grand-pup! We are a retired Navy family residing in San Diego!
I love children and have decided since my babies are all grown up I would like to help families in search of a loving and safe environment for their little Angels!
